Can I include a gift message in my order?
Please follow the instructions during checkout to include a gift message. While we do not offer a gift receipt option, we do not include pricing information in with any of our shipments so the gift recipient will not see those details. At this time we do not offer gift wrapping.

What discount do I get with my membership?
You will receive a 20% discount on all full price items, and 10% off sale items.
How do I apply this discount to my order?
Once you have joined the membership program, simply log into your Penfield Collective account using the email address that you used when purchasing the Annual Membership and start shopping! Make sure you're logged in BEFORE you add items to your cart (otherwise, the automatic discount will not get applied).
