When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged once your order has been placed.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! You can purchase an e-gift card here.

How can I check the balance of a gift card?
Please contact us by telephone at 203.292.8833 and one of our team members can assist.

Can I include a gift message in my order?
Please follow the instructions during checkout to include a gift message. While we do not offer a gift receipt option, we do not include pricing information in with any of our shipments so the gift recipient will not see those details.  At this time we do not offer gift wrapping.

What is the Penfield Collective Annual Membership?
The Penfield Collective Annual Membership program is our way of rewarding our very best customers. Once you purchase a membership for $100, you will receive a discount on all of our products and other perks for a full year.

What discount do I get with my membership?
You will receive a 20% discount on all full price items, and 10% off sale items.

How do I apply this discount to my order?
Once you have joined the membership program, simply log into your Penfield Collective account using the email address that you used when purchasing the Annual Membership and start shopping! Make sure you're logged in BEFORE you add items to your cart (otherwise, the automatic discount will not get applied).

What other benefits will I get as a PC Member?
You will get free standard shipping on all orders, a complimentary private styling appointment with our Penfield Collective stylists, early access to seasonal sales and exclusive invitations to private parties and events!
