- Full priced, unworn items may be returned for a refund to the original payment method when mailed post marked within 14 days.
- Sale items (including items sold during our Early Access VIP Sale, Black Friday Sale and Cyber Monday Sale), gift cards, special orders and items without original tags and packaging are final sale.
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request your return shipping label.
- Online returns must be post-marked 14 days from date of delivery otherwise you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Items without original tags are not eligible for returns and/or refunds.
- No price adjustments.
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The standard return shipping fee ($10) will be deducted from your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged merchandise or merchandise returned without the original tag will not qualify for a refund. Penfield Collective reserves the right to deny any return if the merchandise returned does not comply with our Returns policy.
Penfield Collective monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders placed Monday through Friday after 10am EST will be processed the following business day. All orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Currently, we do not ship internationally.
At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, P.O. addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. Customer service will contact you via email if an item has been backordered or if there are any other issues with your order.
