In Store: Full priced, unworn items may be returned within 7 days for a full refund, store credit or exchange. Sale items, special orders and items without original tags and packaging are final sale.


Online Orders: Full priced, unworn items may be returned for a full refund or exchange when mailed post marked within 7 days of receipt. Sale items and items without original tags and packaging are final sale. Please email hello@penfieldcollective.com to request your return or exchange!

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged merchandise or merchandise returned without the original tag will not qualify for a refund. Penfield Collective reserves the right to deny any return if the merchandise returned does not comply with our Returns policy.

 

SHIPPING

We offer daily in-store pick-up between the hours of 11:00AM - 4:00PM.

Enjoy free ground shipping on orders within the US. The free ground shipping offer is automatically applied at checkout. Offer terms and duration, and delivery times are subject to change without notice.

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders placed Monday through Friday after 1pm EST will be processed the following business day. All orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Please allow 1-3 business days for domestic orders to ship. Currently, we do not ship internationally.

Once your order is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, P.O. addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. Customer service will contact you via email if an item has been backordered or if there are any other issues with your order.
