RETURN POLICY

Online Orders:

In-Store Purchases:

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders placed Monday through Friday after 10am EST will be processed the following business day. All orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Currently, we do not ship internationally.

At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, P.O. addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. Customer service will contact you via email if an item has been backordered or if there are any other issues with your order.

Once a package has left our possession we are no longer responsible for delays, transit time, theft, of damage.  Please contact carrier for more details. Penfield Collective is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
